Damn Hangover

 If you are unfortunate enough to get a hangover try some of these remedies.

Strange but true...ingesting extra virgin olive oil is great for hangovers.
Get Hydrated It's very important to drink water. You’ll flush most of the alcohol out of your system. Removal of toxins will possibly sober you up faster. For instant hydration drink coconut water.

Coconut Water is an excellent natural hydrant
 
Put something in your stomach! You’re drunk because you didn’t have anything in your belly to absorb the alcohol in the first place. Note: If you haven’t eaten in over 2 hours you are more likely to get drunk. Any food you’ve eaten prior will already be digested.

Go bananas  Potassium from bananas will get you through the sick feeling in your tummy. Added benefits are the electrolytes that are in this amazing fruit.

Vitamin C   Drinking orange juice replaces lost vitamins due to having a hangover.

Bedtime Catch some z’s   Reverse the havoc you’ve placed on your body.

Grapefruit anyone?  Have a glass of grapefruit juice to clean out your urinary and digestive systems.  Plus your liver will thank you for it.

Tea Time   Tea is used to settle upset stomachs.

Add this to the mix A few drops of: fennel, lemon to your bath water; along with Epsom salt. Another way to remove the toxins. Soak for 20 minutes.
