1 Banana
1/4 cup of Strawberries
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Yogurt
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 of Ground Oatmeal
1/2 Cucumber
1 slice of Aloe Vera
1/2 Avocado
Add a few drops of water and mix with your finger to create a paste
(if the paste is to dry while mixing; add a few more drops of water). Make more as needed or simply prepare in a bowl; stir with a spoon.
Smear the thick paste on your face. Leave it on for up to 15 minutes. Rinse.
1 teaspoon of Tomato Juice
2-3 drops of Tea Tree Oil
1/2 Avocado
For best results leave your mask on for up to 15 minutes. Rinse. All of the Masks should mixed with a hand blender. Except the baking soda recipe.
Aloe - Firms skin & clears up acne, kills the bacteria which causes acne.
Baking Soda - Clarifies hair
Egg whites - Firm & tone skin. Caution: Don't use if you are allergic to eggs.
Tomato Juice - Clears acne
Tea Tree Oil - Enhances pH balance, clarifies hair, dandruff
Lemon - Natural antiseptic for scalp, dandruff, itchy scalp, promotes hair growth, conditioner, prevents breakage,
Oatmeal - Softens hair, conditioner, promotes hair growth
Cucumber - Excellent repair of damaged hair, moisturizer
Honey - It's a natural humectant, conditioner, prevents loss of hair, sheen, natural scalp antiseptic.
Strawberries - Removes blackheads and impurities.
Yogurt - Softens skin.
Avocado - Excellent conditioner, softens hair, makes hair manageable.
